Programmer for Games Studio
We are looking for a programmer to join the UTS Games Studio research team one day a week starting 21 July. You can find more about Games Studio from http://games.it.uts.edu.au/ and http://staff.it.uts.edu.au/~ypisan/
Duration:
1 day/week, initially for 3 months but may be extended
Responsibilities:
* Implement a series of simple games and innovative interactions on the multi-user touch table system http://www.merl.com/projects/DiamondTouch/
* Install various game engines (such as Torque, Ogre3D, etc) on PCs and build demonstration environments.
* Solve all problems that come your way.
Competencies:
* Able to program in multiple languages and learn new programming languages as required. There is no specific language requirement – flexibility is key.
* Experience with installing and debugging programs on Windows.
* Able to work independently, communicate clearly and work in a team.
